Skin CareThe skin is the largest organ in our bodies and works constantly to keep the outside world out and the inside world in!
There are many influences on skin health and its ability to cope is largely shaped by diet and lifestyle factors such as smoking, exposure to sunlight and free radical (highly reactive compounds) damage. But it’s not all bad news, there are plenty of things you can do to help your skin face the daily challenges. There are external factors that affect skin both for good, such as creams or moisturisers and bad such as smoky atmospheres and harsh weather conditions. However, the condition of skin and its ability to cope is primarily an internal question so obviously diet is of paramount importance. Dry skin, excessive bruising and rashes may all be indicators that the skin requires additional nutritional support. If you have specific questions relating to our products, why not email or phone our friendly Nutrition Advice team for more information. |
